Our History

Gary has been an Athletic Performance Coach for over 25 years, specializing in speed, agility and strength training for athletes between 7-18 years of age. He is very committed to helping all kids enjoy fitness through fun, yet interactive and challenging programs.

Also, Gary is very interested in helping youth coaches gain more insights about coaching youth soccer players.

While we have always seen some improvement after these training sessions, many were short lasting — we would often see the girls revert to bad habits.  Not so with your training program.
